Our aim and mission...
Our aim is for you to improve an aspect of your lives through "financial security" - we call it "WHOLISTIC" ESTATE PLANNING - improving the way you handle your "money matters" (you've probably made some mistakes, I know I sure have) - how you acquire and build up your assets in the first place, how you protect and easily manage them over a lifetime, how you keep from using them up before you die and then how you distribute your things to the proper persons with minimum unnecessary expense.
But there are many obstacles to financial security such as taxes, inflation, medical emergencies, educational expenses, divorce and so on. And your ability to manage your financial affairs may be interrupted by your incapacity or death.
There are many different "tools" available to help you - investments, business structuring, insurance and legal documents like wills and trusts. You might need legal help to negotiate with creditors or examine real estate titles, for example, but other professionals (in accounting, insurance, financial planning) may be needed and the effort should be carefully orchestrated.
You want a plan to make your estate is easy for you to manage and easy for those who succeed you. You want your assets distributed in an orderly fashion to the appropriate persons. Privacy is important. You want matters to be handled promptly (but not prematurely) and you want it done inexpensively.
And if there was a way to take advantage of governmental benefit programs, you probably would want to know that, too.
